Investing in the German Property Market


The German residential real estate market today tells a compelling story: Being once one of the most expensive markets in Europe, nearly all developments have stagnated since over 10 years. This gives ample opportunity to all kinds of investors.

Today, Germany\'s buildings cost is one of the lowest in Europe, prices are still on the level of 1995. Whereas in other countries building cost have seen partly dramatic increases and despite laws stipulating minimum wages for the construction industry, building cost have not increased.
Property for sale in Germany prices have stagnated over the last 10 years - during a time when prices in other European countries have doubled or tripled.

The market therefore appears to be on a very low level, compared to other European countries.
